Delegates who have registered to attend on Thursday 8th May are automatically entitled to join the regional update morning on Head Injury & Transfer – West Midlands Style, and that registration for the ASM will be open from 08:30 hrs that morning.
Delegates who are staying for Dinner on Thursday evening, and have a special dietary requirement (including vegetarian), are requested to contact Dr. Smith (drmtsmith@googlemail.com) with their request.
There are no more rooms available at the conference hotel. Any further applications for the conference at this stage will not be confirmed until 7th May 2008
