NASGBI – Website News
The Neuroanaesthesia Society of Great Britain has launched its new website on 1 Sept 2009. This is not the first time that the society website had to upgraded to suit the ever changing technology and adapt to new applications. Members are probably aware that Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8.0 has few new quirks that may cause few navigational problems in those sites that are developed using older web developing applications. Now Microsoft is releasing (yet again) a new operating system (just to make developers' life miserable) called MS Windows 7.
The new site has everything new including members database. It was possible to import most members' accounts into the new database. However few accounts with invalid email addresses or usernames have been discarded. So if any member has difficulty in logging in then contact support at nasgbi.org.uk.
We always strive to provide a website that fits the purpose and members expectations. But if there are any faults to report, suggestions to improve or content to add then please do not hesitate to contact either Praveen Manthri (email: p.r.manthri “at” blueyonder.co.uk) or you could send a note online by following this link http://nasgbi.org.uk/contact.aspx
